The next IMTF Forum will take place
from 31st October to 2nd November 2024 in Abu Dhabi.

Who can participate

All companies, distributors, service providers or associations in the automotive industry can register for the International Motor Trade Forum. The prerequisite is that the company has been in the market for at least 2 years.

Fee

• EURO 1,550 / per company incl. first participant
• EURO   850 / for each additional participant
• EURO    150 / IMTF Saturday Business Brunch
• EURO 2,000 / Exhibitor Stand
  

Payment

Payment at the end of the booking process by credit card.

This rate includes the following

• Evening Welcome Reception
• Full-day meeting on Friday, including business lunch
• Welcome Reception and Dinner on Friday evening
• Use of the Event Wall on the IMTF Member Site, with all data of the participants and the possibility of mutual contacting with other participants.
• Hugely discounted hotel rate / the booking link will be sent with the registration

Exhibition Space
You have the possibility to book exhibitor space. You can book it on the registration or mark the respective checkbox in the registration process.

No Sponsoring

As we are neutral and independent, sponsorships are not available.
