We are working with a Conference App. Each participant gets a profile on the app that they can manage themselves. In the app you can enter company data, activities and business partners you are looking for. You can customize your personal profile with a profile picture and your contact details. With the app you can easily arrange meetings with other participants during the Forum.

There will be a Speed Dating module where all participants can get to know each other. 

SMS Service
During the conference, you will stay informed through our short message service about the programme and meeting points.

During the conference you can make use of the helpdesk. For questions or assistance do not hesitate to contact us there. We are happy to support you.

When you sign in at the Forum we will ask you for your mobile number. We will use your data only for this Forum and only for the services listed above. We will not give it to any third party. After the Forum all the numbers will be removed from our system.

Hotels
We have reserved rooms in the two hotels InterContinental Dubai Festival City and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City. They differ in price, but are located next to each other and the conference rooms are between the two hotels. From the hotels you can easily reach the Dubai Festival City Mall.

Registration & Hotel Booking
After registration you will receive a link where you can book the hotel rooms at the special rate we have negotiated.

VISA Information Dubai
From some countries you need a visa to enter Dubai. Here you can check if you need to apply for a visa.

Airport Transfer
The InterContinental Festival City is very close to the International Airport which makes your Airport Transfer by taxi very easy. 

Valet Parking Is Free
Valet Parking is free for Forum participants during the meeting.

Location
The hotels are ideally located and it is easy to get into the city by taxi or the Dubai Metro.

Transportation
Uber and Careem are available in Dubai.
You can take the boat from the hotel to the nearest metro station. Please check with the hotel for travel times. You can find the Metro map here.
